Motorola Xoom is upcoming Android 3.0 tablet and will be headed to Verizon Wireless in Q1 2011. This tablet features a 10.1-inch touchscreen display with 1280×800 pixels resolution, 5-megapixel camera with 720p video recording and dual LED Flash at the back, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 1080p video playback, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, and 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi.

The Motorola Xoom is powered by a 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor, and also 1GB DDR2 RAM. It comes with with 32GB of internal memory and is also equipped with battery that capable of 10 hours of battery life (video). This tablet runs on Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) operating system. The 4G connectivity version will be available as update in Q2 2011 via Verizon.
