Samsung W960, the AMOLED 3D Phone Released this Quarter

Samsung Electronics has announced the AMOLED 3D mobile phone, the Samsung SCH-W960. This mobile phone is scheduled to be available later this quarter in South Korea market. The Samsung 3D W960 cell phone will be sold by mobile operators in the country such as KT, SKT, and LGT.

The Samsung SCH-W960 3D features a 3.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen display with 240×400 pixels screen resolution, GSM/HSDPA, TouchWIZ 2.0 user interface, Bluetooth connectivity, microSD card support which can be upgraded up to 16GB in size, Subway maps, e-dictionary, an accelerometer and also TV analog. The weight of Samsung W960 is about 121g, and its dimensions are 113.9×53.9×1913 mm. It also comes with a 3.2-megapixel camera with Xenon flash.

I must say, samsung do make fabulous phones ive got the HD, its so good, and they make the BEAM, check that out, wont one myself, and now 3D, wow, what next, keep up the great work samsung, just need to sort out the app store and apple will be well of there stupid perch.

there is no operating system because it’s not a smartphone. it’s a feature phone with a quite awesome feature: it’s got a 3D display
simple as that… like a 3D enabled HDTV in your pocket… only if you’re korean though… sadly… sigh…

While the Samsung W960 price for each South Korea’s distributors is still unknown yet at the moment.
