Samsung AMOLED 3D (SCH-W960), 3D Display Cellphone

The Samsung SCH-W960 is a new touchscreen phone from Samsung that sports a 3D display. This cell phone is made for South Korea market. This cell phone is called AMOLED 3D. This handset is featured with 3.3-inch (or 3.2-inch as written at Enuri) 3D AMOLED capacitive touchscreen screen display with 240 x 400 pixels resolution, DNSe 2.0 and work on GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 and also HSDPA network.

Samsung SCH-W960 also comes featured with DivX. Another feature includes 3-megapixel camera with Xenon Flash, video capture capability, Touch Wiz 2.0 UI, microSD card slot with expansion up to 16GB in size, Document viewer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF), Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP, and standard battery Li-Ion 1150 mAh. This touchscreen cell phone also comes with dual DMB (both S-DMB and T-DMB). And it’s also confirmed by Tipster that users will be able to convert 2D content to 3D using this handset and even watch a 3D TV channel.

Wow, this is the great features since some countries will not be able to watch 3D TV channel at the moment. Because of that the Samsung AMOLED 3D mobile phone will be sold in South Korea first when it is released.

There is still no words on the price of Samsung AMOLED 3D, neither its release date. But, there’s a source assume that the handset was launched on March 5th, by Enuri.
