The Lilliput 619GL-70NP LCD touch screen monitor comes with 7 inch touchscreen display with 16:9 ratio widescreen and offers up to XGA support (1024 x 768) resolution, but the real resolution is 800 x 480 pixel. This allows even fat fingers to access buttons in the corners of the screen. I would also recommend calibrating the screen after changing the resolution.
